Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
* Items damaged through misuse
* Products showing signs of wear after use
* Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
* Change-of-mind purchases after the order has been shipped (unless required by applicable law)
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
